I find Jessica Kane a really down-to-earth practical and fun counsellor, coach and supervisor. I am a counsellor who is just starting out in business. Jess has really helped me through my early business stages - with issues around knowledge, nerves and doubts! What I like about Jess is her friendly, optimistic, approachable style and more importantly her cross-discipline experience in teaching and counselling. Additionally, she has a depth of experience with neurodiverse clients, which helps my business. She has also provided me with exceptionally skilful advice on how I internally process information and how to skilfully adapt this to increased self-care practices. Jess' skill sets are rare and a huge benefit for people working in cross-discipline counselling areas, like me 😊.
